Leftover Brats? How about Some Soup!!!!

1 large pot or pan  (Cook at Medium Heat to start.. them to Medium low)

 40 oz.  of beer (Miller High Life)

40 oz. of water

*1 Package of Brats (Johnsonville) Par boil  (skim off foam)

After 20 minutes …Remove Brats from  the pan and Grill them outside on a Charcoal grill** 

(Feel Free to add more or less of your favorite veggies)

1 medium onion chopped

1 small green pepper chopped

1 ½ cups of carrots chopped

2 Large potatoes chopped

½ a medium head of cabbage chopped

1 cup ketchup

¼ cup yellow mustard or add to taste

Season to taste with little salt, Black pepper and Jane’s Mixed up Salt.

(You may substitute Jane’s with…. A little bit of celery salt, garlic and Onion powder.) -Season to taste-

* After grilling…Cut brats into bite size pieces and drop them into the soup .

*Add a cup of your favorite cheese. I Like Cheddar!!!!

Simmer  for two hours and enjoy!!!
